Production time: Most rings are made to order in 4–6 weeks (shown on each product page).
UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured) — £8.95. Next working day after dispatch.
International (EU/CH & worldwide): FedEx International (insured). FREE over €840; otherwise €54. Typical transit 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Customs/VAT: International orders may incur import duties/taxes payable by the recipient.
RETURNS & REFUNDS (EU/UK COMPLIANT)
Return period: Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email sale@alaviealamour.com with your order number.Condition: The item must be unworn, in its original packaging with all certificates included. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of ready-made (non-custom) items.
This amount will be deducted from the refund total.Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend an insured, trackable service).
Bespoke/custom items (including engravings, special sizes/specs) are non-returnable once production begins, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
Defective items: 12-month craftsmanship warranty — repair, replace or refund. This does not cover wear or accidental damage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Fair Returns Policy
You may return any product purchased from us, except bespoke rings, in its original state within 14 days of delivery.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover inspection and processing costs.
Once production has started, cancellation of a bespoke ring order will incur a substantial fee to cover disassembly costs.
Defective Products
Return any product found deficient within one year of purchase.
We will exchange or refund the purchase price at our discretion.
We cannot be held responsible for customer neglect or damage.
Responsible Practice
In accordance with the World Diamond Council system of industry self-regulation, we undertake to purchase diamonds from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions.
We guarantee that the diamonds we sell are conflict-free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by our suppliers.
